Account Data
Every account that existed in myblueboard when the year was closed — directors, students and parents — with the profile details attached to each one.
This is the report to reach for when someone who has left the program needs to be contacted, or when you need last year's roster with contact details intact.
What's in it¶
One row per account. Because the file is written before graduates and non-returning students are removed, it includes people who are no longer in myblueboard.

It matches the import template¶
The columns are the same, in the same order, as the file Importing accounts expects. So a downloaded Account Data file can be edited and imported back in — useful when a student who left returns, or when setting up a related program.
Check the current import template before relying on this: if the import format has changed since the year was closed, an older export may need columns adjusted.
This file contains health and contact information
Home addresses, phone numbers, allergies and medication notes for every family are in this one file. Download it only when you need it, keep it off shared drives, and delete your copy afterwards.
