Viewing Past Statements

At the end of each school year, myblueboard saves a final statement of your account. Past years' statements stay available from myAccount.

Finding them

  1. Sign in and open myAccount.
  2. Scroll to Previous Years' Statements, below the current-year statement.
  3. Open the school year you need. Statements are grouped by school year, most recent first.
  4. Select View to open a statement or Download to save it.

For each one you can:

  • View it in your browser
  • Download a copy to keep

Downloaded statements are saved as web page files (.html), named with the school year and student name. Open one in any browser. To keep a PDF, open it and use your browser's Print → Save as PDF.

What you'll see

Students see their own statements.

Parents see statements for every student currently linked to their account, including years before the link was made. Use the current-statement student picker in myAccount first, then scroll to Previous Years' Statements.

That last part is deliberate. A parent who joins a family account partway through still needs the earlier history to settle an old balance. If you've recently been linked to a student, past years should appear straight away.

Why a statement might be missing

  • The year ended before your school started using myblueboard. Statements only exist for years myblueboard ran.
  • You're not linked to the student. Access follows the current relationship — ask your director to check the link.
  • The year hasn't been closed out yet. Statements are generated at year end; the current year appears once it's processed.
